Sweet potato (Beta-carotene, Vitamins C and E)

Sweet potatos are packed with antioxidant vitamins and phytonutrients; the richer their colour the more antioxidants they contain. These antioxidants help your child’s immune system to combat disease. Sweet potatoes (which are unrelated to potatoes) make an excellent weaning food for babies as they taste sweet and have a very low allergic potential.
